Adult Learn To Swim 

Beginner and Intermediate classes are currently held every 

TUESDAY and THURSDAY at 6pm. 

All classes are 45 mins long, with all abilities welcome.

Beginner classes focus on floating, kicking, and breathing techniques, plus the beginning of freestyle and backstroke.

Beginner classes are booked as a 4 week course, one lesson per week, for $91.60, and are held in our program pool. 

Intermediate classes are for swimmers who would like to refine their strokes and improve their fitness.

Intermediate classes are held in our 50m pool and can be attended casually at $22.90 per class.

We’re proud to be a registered SwimStart activity provider — which means families can use their $150 voucher with us to help cover the cost of learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 0–4.

SwimStart is a Queensland Government program supporting water safety and early years participation. Whether it’s their first splash or the next step in their swimming journey, SwimStart helps families access affordable, quality lessons.

AQUAFITNESS Class times

Classes are currently held every 

MONDAY at 5.30pm*,

TUESDAY at 9am (deep water aqua), 

WEDNESDAY at 5:30pm, 

THURSDAY at 9am,

and FRIDAY at 12.30pm*

Classes are 1-hour long with all ages and abilities welcome to any of our classes.

Casual session - $20 or 10 visit pass - $180

*part of Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy events, class price = pool entry fee

*no class Friday 19th, Monday 22nd, Friday 26th and Monday 29th September and Monday 6th October due to school holidays and King's Birthday public holiday.
